- Extensive experience: Implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions.
- Strong understanding: In-depth knowledge of D365 CE architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
- Proven ability: Designing scalable and robust enterprise solutions using D365 CE customization and integration capabilities.
Additional Skills – Power Platform (Focus on Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Proficiency in Power Apps: Developing custom applications with Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven apps).
- Hands-on experience: Automating business processes using Power Automate, including designing complex workflows.
- Integration skills: Demonstrated ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with D365 CE to enhance system functionality and drive digital transformation.
- Advanced features: Familiarity with building custom connectors and utilizing advanced features within the Power Platform ecosystem.
