Business Analyst – Capital & Liquidity

📍 Location: Remote

💰 Rate: up to 1.100-1.200 PLN/day

💼 Experience: 8-10 years

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements.
• Provide expertise in Capital and Liquidity Management.
• Deliver detailed documentation and reporting for financial applications.
• Support the development of solutions aligned with Basel III norms and liquidity metrics.
• Work closely with teams to enhance data visualization and reporting using Tableau.

Required Skills & Expertise:

✔️ Strong BA background and excellent documentation skills.

✔️ Hands-on knowledge of Bank Balance Sheets and Products (Assets & Liabilities).

✔️ In-depth understanding of Basel III norms and liquidity metrics like LCR, SOC, NSFR.

✔️ Proficiency in Capital Management and RWA metrics.

✔️ Hands-on experience with the Tableau reporting platform.
