AEM Content Author (Remote – Poland Only)

Dear Consultant,

We are looking for a skilled AEM Content Author to support a global website migration from Sitefinity to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This is a content-focused, lift-and-shift migration (no content creation), with a strong emphasis on translation and localization coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive AEM migration tasks: page replication, structuring, and validation

• Own and manage the translation/localization workstream independently

• Collaborate directly with country web managers to identify and migrate local pages

• Provide weekly progress updates on both migration and localization

• Optional: support Adobe/Google Analytics tagging validation

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Experience in web CMS migrations, ideally with Sitefinity

• Familiarity with editable templates, content fragments, replication agent

• Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills

• Experience with managing localization/translation workflows

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics

• Experience with global teams and multilingual content

Project Scope:

• Migrate 200+ global pages from Sitefinity to AEM

• Ensure full localization readiness by December 31, 2025
