Job description

🧠 About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced .NET Operate / Support Lead fluent in French, to join a support and operations team working on a portfolio of enterprise applications in the digital services sector. You will be responsible for overseeing operational support, managing incidents and service requests, and leading a small team of support engineers.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of .NET Full Stack technologies, solid ITIL process understanding, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.


✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day incident, service request, problem, and change management activities

  • Guide and allocate work to the operate/support team

  • Provide technical oversight and process coaching

  • Handle vendor coordination for application issues and upgrades

  • Manage and report on SLA / KPI performance

  • Communicate effectively with users, country IT, and shared service leads

  • Support major incident response with application and business process knowledge

  • Identify and drive service improvement initiatives

  • Maintain weekly/monthly service review reports

  • Handle risk management, escalation resolution, and business continuity planning

  • Coordinate third-party software upgrades and integration activities

  • Interact directly with French-speaking stakeholders and users


🛠️ Required Skills

  • Proficiency in French (minimum B2+)

  • Strong experience in .NET Full Stack development, including:

    • C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript (AngularJS)

    • HTML, CSS, Linq, Entity Framework

  • Proven experience in IT operations/support leadership

  • Excellent understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices

  • Experience with disaster recovery, escalation handling, and stakeholder reporting

  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills


🌟 Nice to Have

  • German language skills (optional but beneficial)

  • Background in managing geographically distributed teams

  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment
