Senior Sinequa Developer (Search & GenAI)

Responsibilities:

• Deep Sinequa Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with the Sinequa platform (architecture, indexing, and configuration). We are specifically looking for specialists, not generalists transitioning from other legacy big data platforms

• Search Relevance: Proven track record in optimizing search relevance, ranking algorithms, and tuning performance for complex datasets

• GenAI & Innovation: Knowledge of Generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks to support modern workstreams

• Consultative Approach: Ability to work closely with both IT and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Requirements:

• Deep, hands‑on expertise with the Sinequa platform, including architecture, indexing, and configuration; this role requires a true Sinequa specialist rather than a generalist transitioning from other legacy big data platforms

• Proven experience in search relevance optimization, including tuning ranking algorithms and improving performance for complex and large datasets

• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to support modern, AI‑driven search use cases

• Ability to apply a consultative approach, working closely with both IT and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions

• Strong technical autonomy and capability to drive and lead advanced search solutions

• Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute to the development of next‑generation enterprise search experiences

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
