Senior QA Automation Engineer with Python

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing automated tests in Python using the pytest framework
• Structuring and leading the QA process within the testing team
• Implementing best practices for test automation and quality assurance
• Mentoring QA team members and enhancing the team's efficiency
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in test automation using Python and the pytest framework
• Advanced knowledge of QA processes and tools
• Leadership skills, including mentoring and supporting the QA team
• Experience working in startup-like environments with a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (working in an international environment)
