Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives and daily operational activities
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers
  • Support and initiate process improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines
  • Provide backup support for team members and facilitate knowledge transfer
  • Execute work shadowing sessions and training activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Foster a problem-solving culture and drive continuous improvement

 

Requirements:

  • 2 year of experience in Customer Service Desk
  • AP module knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into solutions
  • English - B2 level required
  • German - C1 level required
  • Spanish - B2/C1 level required
