SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

🌍 100% remote

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing and implementing artificial intelligence-based solutions, including machine learning and deep learning models
• Analysis and processing of large data sets
• Creating and implementing complex ML solutions, including data preprocessing, model building and evaluation
• Deploying end-to-end ML solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and model evaluation
• Identify and solve complex analytical problems using statistical and mathematical methods
• Documenting analysis processes and research results for future use in projects
• Collaborate with development teams and business experts
• Support interpretation of model results and presentation to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record in applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems
• Strong proficiency in Python and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience in designing and deploying end-to-end ML solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices
• Solid understanding of statistics and mathematics and their application to model development and evaluation
• Ability to manage large, complex datasets and perform tasks such as data wrangling, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions to complex data challenges
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques
• Additional programming skills in languages like R, SQL, Java, etc
