Qa Lead

QA Lead

Responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis and questioning requirements when they are not clear

• Test scenario and test case preparation

• Test data preparation

• Implement test automations scripts in Robot Framework and Python

• Implement automated solutions for data to day tasks

• Test planning and test execution

• Test results analysis and defect reporting

• Execute automated regression using CI/CD

• Identify and implement improvements in day to day process, tasks and challenges

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Python development

• 7+ years of experience working with database technologies

• 5+ years of experience with Git

• 4+ years of experience with Robot Framework

• 4+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins)

• Strong experience working with Linux environments and Bash scripting

• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improved solutions

• Experience working with test management tools (e.g. qTest, Zephyr)

• Hands‑on experience with tools such as: Jenkins or Bamboo, Jira and Bitbucket

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters

• Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark)

• Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem (e.g. Hive, Oozie, MapReduce)

• Ability to write and analyze complex SQL queries

• Basic knowledge of AWS architecture components (e.g. Lambda, Step Functions, State Machines)

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments

• Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile (SAFe) environments and deliver results through teamwork

• Curiosity and responsiveness, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and ensure delivery of expected outcomes

• Strong focus on quality, with a continuous improvement mindset

• High level of self‑motivation, proactivity, and ownership

Nice to have:

• Experience with containerization (Docker)

• Knowledge of streaming and messaging technologies (e.g. Kafka, IBM MQ)

• Exposure to Scala / Spark
