Project management / PMO

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: PM / PMO

Responsibilities:

• Support workstream leads and project managers in managing ~11-12 projects

• Facilitate risks and issues with Risk Manager

• Manage dependencies with Dependency Manager

• Provide financial management support and manage admin tasks in progress reporting

• PPM support and progress reporting to PMO

• Jira maintenance (L1 & L2 & L3) – milestone statuses, milestones closure evidence

• Change request to PMO and evidence tracking to PMO

• Risks (including CRMA/QRA) to PMO and dependencies maintenance to PMO

• Onboarding of new resources on WS level

Requirements:

• Project management / PMO experience and certification (Prince2, PMI, etc.)

• Very good skills to communicate with large number of stakeholders/stakeholder management

• Very good experience for complex data presentation (Excel, Jira, PowerPoint)

• Experience with project budgeting and cost control

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Experience with PMO processes and project support activities

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
