Operations Manager
On-site role from Gdańsk
Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Team Managers
Ensure delivery of KPIs, operational, quality, and financial metrics
Conduct regular 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews
Manage employee absence and attrition; implement corrective actions
Drive and monitor Employee Satisfaction Survey initiatives
Develop, mentor, and train direct reports
Manage client relationships at the operational level
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support / BPO environment
Proven experience in team management (Team Manager, Supervisor, or similar role)
German fluency (C1) and English proficiency (min. B2)
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
Ability to work with data, reporting, and performance analysis
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
People-oriented mindset with strong engagement-building skills
Higher education degree (minimum Bachelor’s)
Experience with operational policies and procedures
Background in onboarding new campaigns/projects
High tech affinity and ability to implement new tools
