IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define, map, and document operational controls required by internal and external auditors

• Review and support improvements to the Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) testing framework, ensuring operational controls are properly established

• Implement and integrate operational controls in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory expectations

• Identify and document relevant internal policies, regulatory guidelines (e.g., EBA), and compliance requirements

• Maintain and continuously update control documentation as the project evolves

• Support risk management and business continuity teams in implementing and monitoring operational controls

• Monitor control effectiveness and prepare reporting and documentation for stakeholders

• Assist the project delivery lead with control documentation and project materials

• Track open actions, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely coordination and updates across stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role involving collaboration with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line of Defence (LoD) functions and business stakeholders

• Good understanding of Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) frameworks and processes

• Experience with risk and controls management methodologies, including identifying and documenting controls for operational risks

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, preferably within the financial sector

• Experience with operational controls and testing frameworks

• Hands-on experience preparing project documentation, presentations, and delivery materials

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate inputs from multiple teams and stakeholders

• Very good command of English (oral and written)
