DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan origination and servicing

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools

• Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures

• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and influence technical and solution decisions

• Strong focus on process optimization through automation

• Ability to build systems from scratch in a dynamic environment

• Hands‑on experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Bamboo, Argo, SQL, Sysdig, Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana

• Strong experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud technologies

• Proficiency in scripting, SQL, and monitoring tools

• Good understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field

• Several years of experience in DevOps / cloud engineering roles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with scripting and cloud technologies

• Experience working with loan processing or banking systems

• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies

• Experience working in Agile environments
