Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst

Work 3 days from the office per week + 2 days remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations

• Transform and integrate data from multiple sources using Power Query and ETL processes

• Apply best practices in data modelling and DAX to ensure performance and usability

• Support decision-making by delivering clear, actionable insights

• Work within agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related field

• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and ETL processes

• Strong experience in gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations

• Ability to communicate complex data topics clearly to non-technical audiences

• Experience working with multiple data sources and diverse business stakeholders

• Familiarity with JIRA and agile ways of working

• Experience handling large datasets in Excel

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
