Architect Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead High Performance Engineering efforts for aligned teams

• Drive teams to manage and address security, cost, performance, operational effectiveness, and reliability of their applications

• Act as a problem solver, working across different systems and teams to shape and deliver effective solutions

• Guide teams on engineering best practices, standards, and solution design approaches

• Occasionally contribute to production code as needed to support delivery efforts

• Collaborate cross-functionally to overcome challenges and refine solutions as they evolve

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior or Architect-level Software Engineer

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity across technical and organizational boundaries

• Recent hands-on experience with code; not a fully hands-off role

• Ability to mentor teams and influence technical decisions

• Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-team environments

• Solid understanding of the following technologies: React, Node.js, GraphQL, and some experience with AWS

• Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
