AI/ML Engineer with GenAI

AI/ML Engineer with GenAI

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models in the areas of LLM, chatbots, AI agents, and RAG

• Integrating AI/ML models with existing enterprise systems and applications

• Analyzing large datasets and utilizing them for training and improving AI models

• Collaborating closely with software engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure high-quality solutions

• Monitoring AI system performance

• Working in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, planning, and technical discussions

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering within large, international organizations

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI models, particularly in LLM, chatbots, AI agents, and RAG

• Advanced knowledge of NLP techniques, deep learning, and ML algorithms

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or Node.js, Java

• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain

• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and CI/CD practices for ML models

• Strong knowledge of databases, including relational and NoSQL, and large-scale data processing techniques

• Fluent English (C1) and ability to work in an international environment

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
