JOB OFFERING

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who has great experience in delivering complex Power BI models and dashboards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and implementing complex Power BI models (Import, Direct Query and
• Dual)
• Designing and implementing complex, rich in content and controls dashboards and
• reports in Power BI (including UX/UI designs)
• Propose Source objects (Data Marts) data layout and structure to improve reload
• and refresh times
• Using DAX to develop custom logic for metrics, KPIs, and organisation measures
• Analysing, optimising and improving existing BI solutions
• Close cooperation with the business analysts and stakeholders
• Preparing documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

• At least 2.5 years of experience working with the Power BI platform
• Practical experience working with database systems such as Azure SQL or Synapse
• Analytics, Oracle Db or IBM Db2
• Experience in Data / Business Intelligence projects
• Working in Agile / Scrum methodology

Technical skills:

• Experience in development of complex reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Very good knowledge of DAX
• Experience with BI / DWH / Data Lake and Lakehouse concepts, including data
• modelling
• Good knowledge of any SQL language (T-SQL would be an advantage)
• Experience in redesigning existing Power BI models, as well as UI / UX optimisations
• Experience in performance optimisations (refresh time, smooth UX)
• Experience in design and implementation of ETL / ELT processes and DW structure

• Good knowledge and understanding of Power BI Service and Eco-System, including
• setup, administration and tweaks
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure and experience in Microsoft Power platform
• (Power Apps, Power Automate) would be an advantage

Non-technical skills:

• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Very good communication skills in Polish and English
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Proactive approach and willingness to knowledge sharing with the Team
• Leadership approach and willingness to further develop
