JOB OFFERING

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects for our Customers, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, testers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of various IT projects. This is also a unique opportunity to actively contribute to shaping our Project Management function – you will take part in co-building the PM department and developing the processes and best practices around project delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES

●        Facilitating scope refinement in collaboration with analysts, architects, and stakeholders, based on initial project assumptions

●        Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets

●        Collaborating with the technical lead or architect to delegate tasks effectively and manage project resources in line with team strengths and delivery goals

●        Monitoring project progress, tracking project milestones, and providing status reports to stakeholders

●        Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies

●        Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget

●        Managing project changes and stakeholder expectations

●        Facilitating communication and collaboration between project Team Members, Experts and Customers

●        Escalation and conflict management

●        Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

●        Actively contributing to the development and improvement of team processes, standards, and best practices

●        Collaborating within the team to plan and allocate resources effectively across ongoing and upcoming projects

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

●        At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT projects in the area of data management and/or custom business applications

●        Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall

●        Project Management certificate (i.e. PMP, Agile PM, PRINCE2)

●        Familiarity with project management tools

●        Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

●        Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies

●        Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines

●        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

●        Good command of both written and spoken English (B2/C1 level)

Nice to have:

●        Familiarity with Azure DevOps

●        Experience in project management in the area of data management and/or custom business applications
