Project overview

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for directing the development and execution of project plans focused on delivering high-quality technical solutions. This initiative will require close collaboration with IT, development, and business operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the specified requirements. The Technical Project Manager will also be responsible for facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring that technical projects contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Position overview

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Technical Project Manager to join our team, with a focus on handling complex technical projects related to software development and system integrations. The ideal candidate will take charge of overseeing the execution of technical initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency. Prior experience in managing software development life cycles, along with strong communication and organizational skills, will be essential.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Project Manager, Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and delivery timelines.

  • Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across teams and vendors.

  • Ensure alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.

  • Partner with engineers and architects to understand technical requirements, system integrations, and solution design.

  • Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks and user stories.

  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners.

  • Provide clear and concise status reporting to leadership and business teams.

  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Manage expectations on delivery scope, quality, and timelines.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

  • Solid understanding of SDLC and cloud/SaaS platforms.

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software implementation is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
