Position overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective collaboration between business stakeholders and the project team

• Analyze current business processes and define operational and business objectives

• Document and manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

• Participate in planning sessions, conflict resolution, and risk assessments

• Verify that delivered products meet documented requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira

• Solid understanding of business processes and operations

• Experience in querying and analyzing data using relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle)

• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Demonstrated experience facilitating effective collaboration between clients and project teams
