QA Engineer

Position overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with solid analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high‑quality software. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases, ensuring that our client’s platforms and products perform reliably, securely, and at scale.

Technology stack

Microsoft Azure, .Net Core, Web applications, Desktop applications

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and specifications to determine test scope and priorities

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing

• Identify, document, and track defects with clear replication steps and severity

• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product teams to resolve issues

• Participate in sprint planning, grooming sessions, and daily stand‑ups

• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices

• Validate fixes and ensure proper regression coverage before releases

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment following CI/CD practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on QA experience

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes

• Experience testing web and desktop applications

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, or similar)

• Experience with Microsoft SQL server

• Solid understanding of client‑server architecture

• Ability to write clear and well‑structured test documentation

• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or investment‑related domains
