Our client is a global travel-tech company providing corporate and leisure travel services worldwide.
Project overview
The client currently utilizes SAP Compleat as a mid-office automation platform. The system is deeply integrated with GDS platforms and supports complex travel workflows. SAP Compleat enforces quality assurance, applies fare and policy checks, manages PNR enrichment, and routes tasks into queues for agents.
This role focuses on business-as-usual support and incremental enhancements to keep the existing solution stable and efficient.
Position overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between operations and technology teams. The role involves analyzing existing workflows, gathering requirements for rule changes, and ensuring that SAP Compleat configurations align with business policies and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of travel processes, and experience working with mid-office automation systems.
Responsibilities
Analyze current SAP Compleat workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
Gather and document requirements for new rules, validations, and workflow changes.
Investigate issues highlighted by the client.
Translate travel policies into functional specifications for SAP Compleat routines.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of changes.
Maintain documentation of processes, dependencies, and configuration logic.
Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders on SAP Compleat capabilities and limitations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the travel domain or with mid-office systems.
Strong understanding of GDS processes, PNR lifecycle, and queue management.
Ability to interpret travel policies and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to have
Familiarity with SAP Concur/SAP Compleat configuration concepts (rules, workflows, dictionaries).
Experience as a travel agent.
