IT&Data Project Manager (Specialized Nutrition deployments)

IT&Data Project Manager will be responsible for preparing and leading IT&Data deployments in Specialized Nutrition Business Units in Europe. The role need to ensure smooth implementations, including rollouts of global or regional IT solutions.
Project Manager will set up a clear governance, bring best practices and project management methodology in place, in order to run the project smoothly and in transparent way to the stakeholders. The role will play the key role in leading and coordinating project tasks & deliverables and clearly communicating project status, risks & key issues.
Project Manager will succeed, if deployments are done on time, within budget and delivering agreed scope.
Key responsibilities
Build and manage deployment plans and schedules
Build the team and setting up clear expectations from the people resources
Lead end-to-end deployment activites: preparation, deployment, cutover, hypercare
Cooperate with IT teams (product / application teams, infrastructure teams, security) and business stakeholders
Manage risks, readiness checks and change requests statuses
Ensure compliance of project methodology with internal standards and processes
Provide regular clear status update to all the stakeholders
Prepare regular Project SteerCo meetings to share the status and progress with any decisions needed
Project KPIs setup and track
Build solid deployment model to be reused in subsequent projects
Key deliverables:
On time deployments with no critical negative impact on business units
Stable go-live performance with effective hypercare
Positive feedback from business partners & strong operational KPIs
Key interactions:
Key business stakeholders (global/region): European Sales Director, European Sales Force Excellence Lead, Global Program Directors, Global Product Owners
Key business stakeholders (CBU): Specialized Nutrition Unit Leads, SalesForce Excellence Leads,
IT stakeholders – Directors , Product Owners on global and regional and CBU sides
Location
Warsaw/ Hybrid/ 30% of travels

Required experience & skills
Minimum 8y experience working in IT project management, preferably in pharmaceutical commercial sector
Familiarity with commercial systems used in Commercial field, especially the ones to drive HCP engagment like CRMs, Customer Data Platforms, e-commerce, web solutions, Identity Management
Knowledge and practical experience with Project Management best practices and related methodologies like Prince2, Agile, Hybrids
Experience in rollouts of global solutions in hybrid mode
Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
Stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under time pressure, including occasional off-hours deployment windows and travels
Ability to work in corporate complex environment with stakeholders on global, regional and country sides.
Change management role understanding
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Nice to have
Experience in product oriented organization
Experience in Salesforce.com deployments, Veeva CRM, Pitcher CRM, Treasure Data CDP
Certifications: Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Salesforce
