Internship Program DAN One in Performance and Governance Team (IT&DATA)

You will join IT&DATA CEE organization as part of Performance& Governance team which supports all other IT&Data local and global platforms.

As Trainee you will be responsible for:

• Financial Planning & Analysis

• Assisting in the preparation of IT budgets and forecasts (CAPEX and OPEX)

• Tracking actuals vs. budget and supporting variance analysis

• Support the IT staff in tracking CAPEX projects throughout all stages of their lifecycle Reporting & Data Management

• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Consolidating data from multiple systems (ERP, procurement, asset tools) Governance & Compliance

• Supporting adherence to internal financial policies Process & Data Improvements

• Supporting automation initiatives, improvements in financial processes Collaboration & Project Support

• Interacting with IT and Finance teams

• Supporting month end closing activities

About you

• Final-year student or bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate (Finance, Information Systems or another analytical discipline)

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)

• Basic understanding of financial concepts

• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines

• Advantageous: experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Power BI Personal

• Analytical and detail oriented mindset

• Willing to learn and ask questions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally

• Motivation to grow and advance within financial or IT functions
