Danfoss is looking for a senior Project Manager to become part of a fast-paced team delivering customer solutions. The projects you will be leading will be within the customer relationship management area (CRM) and mainly based on the Salesforce platform. The job is anchored in the Danfoss Digital Customer Experience Program.
As a project manager your role will be to lead the delivery of CRM projects across all the phases of a project. You will be working in an international organization with project team members from the Digital Customer Experience program, IT delivery functions and business stakeholders from across the globe.
For the position, you can work from our office in Ukraine (Kyiv), Poland (Grodzisk Mazowiecki) or Slovenia (Ljubljana), but home office or hybrid model can also be an option.
You will be a part of the international Digital Customer Experience team with more than 100 colleagues from all over the world, where we develop, support and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss. We connect business needs and IT into digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Managing and leading waterfall and agile CRM projects across all the project phases.
- Facilitates and drives the delivery of required project quality within agreed scope, time and budget.
- Prepares and facilitates workshops and governance meetings (e.g. Steering committee meetings).
- Conducting risk management and acting on these.
- Define and maintain the project plan and get the right resources assigned to the project across all needed functions.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with project teams, sponsors and delivery functions.
- Manages project closure. Secures issues are resolved, generate lessons learned and ensures handover to normal operations.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of solid track-record on managing complex CRM projects in an international organization. Preferably based on Salesforce.
- Experience in running agile and waterfall IT projects.
- Preferably certified scrum master and certified project manager.
- Experience with software development projects and technology implementation projects.
- Experience with business change management.
- Flexible and prepared for global travel activities, when needed.
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Information Technology.

- An outstanding communicator who keeps calm in stressful situations.
- Enthusiastic, pro-active, organized, structured and able to collaborate with colleagues globally as well as communicate with stakeholders on all levels.
- All communication will be in English. Effective communication skills at all organization levels in a multicultural environment are required.
