We have an established office and team in Poznań and are actively growing our SAP practice.

•        Senior Consultants: Remote work available across Poland, with occasional client or team meetings.

•        Junior and Mid-Level Consultants: Hybrid work from our Poznań office to ensure close collaboration, mentoring, and professional development.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO AMS Consultant to strengthen our SAP Finance practice.

In this role, you will support and optimize SAP Finance solutions in complex enterprise environments, ensuring business continuity, driving continuous improvements, and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. 

You will work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions while contributing to the development of our growing SAP AMS organization.

For senior candidates, the role offers the opportunity to lead AMS engagements, manage client relationships, mentor consultants, and shape the future of our SAP Finance practice.

Your Responsibilities

•        Provide functional support for SAP FI/CO solutions within AMS engagements.

•        Identify opportunities for process optimization, improvements with AI and system enhancements.

•        Implement SAP Notes and support package-related changes.

•        Collaborate with business users, key stakeholders, and technical teams.

•        Support SAP S/4HANA environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

•        Participate in transition and knowledge transfer activities for new AMS projects.

•        Contribute to internal SAP Finance accelerators, templates, and best practices.

•        Mentor and support junior consultants.

•        For senior profiles: lead client discussions, coordinate delivery teams, and drive service excellence.

What You Bring

Required Experience

•        3–5+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience.

•        Strong expertise in SAP Finance areas, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Project Systems (PS) and FSCM.

•        Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP Finance implementations with functional design responsibilities.

•        Hands-on experience in SAP support environments.

•        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•        Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

•        Professional proficiency in both English and Polish.

•        German language skills will be considered a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

•        Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, or migrations.

•        SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications.

•        Experience working within ITIL-based AMS organizations.
