We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 25 000 - 31 000 net PLN (+ addtional vacations & sick days), depending on your experience. We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. However, remote work days are open for discussion! 🌍
Your responsibilities:
Designing and building Fintech products in Golang
Making key architectural and technology decisions
Ensuring high code quality through reviews and best practices
Mentoring the technical team
Partnering with enterprise clients to understand their needs, deliver effective tech solutions, and oversee operational tasks like system migrations and integrations.
Partnering with clients, translating their needs into tailored tech solutionsHandling critical incidents and ensuring business continuity
Shaping the product’s technical direction and roadmap
Supporting recruitment through technical interviews
We're Looking for Someone With:
6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, creating products, including at least 2 years with Golang
Experience or motivation to take on technical leadership roles
Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns
Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS), and containerization Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL database
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Exposure to high-traffic, scalable systems
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work independently
Nice to have:
Experience in Fintech, crypto or blockchain-related projects
Familiarity with frontend technologies (React/Next.js)
Experience in building technical side of scaling products from MVP to market-fit
