IAM Engineer

Currently, we are looking for experienced IAM Engineer to support and maintain identity and access management services in a modern IT environment. The role focuses on Microsoft Identity Manager, identity systems, and federation services, ensuring secure, efficient, and well-governed identity lifecycle and access processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration and monitoring of Identity and Access Management (IAM) system – Microsoft Identity Manager

• Providing 2nd line support for IAM, Identity Systems, and Federation Services

• Updating technical documentation and operating procedures

• Troubleshooting IAM systems and their components

• Implementing changes in accordance with ICT change management procedures

• Managing IAM-related incidents

• Performing user access management tasks

• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience after education, including at least 4 years in a similar role

• Knowledge of identity management, including identity lifecycle and identity management processes

• Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager administration

• At least 1 year of experience in designing and creating Identity Access Management processes

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, ADLDS, ADFS, LDAP, IDaaS, Entra ID, and Azure MFA

• Knowledge of federation protocols (SAML v2, WS-*, STORK)

• Knowledge of sign-in protocols (WS-FED, SAML, OAuth)

• Experience with Unique ID setup and implementation in large organizations

• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based processes (change, configuration, and release management)

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems administration

• Proactive attitude, team-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and strong user focus

• English proficiency at B2 level

• Ability to adapt to fast-changing technologies

• Advanced PowerShell automation skills (AD module, Graph, REST), including secure scripting practices (error handling, logging, retries, idempotency)

• ServiceNow technical competency for automation and integration (REST APIs, authentication methods, request → approval → execution → closure flows)

• Familiarity with development practices (Git, basic CI/CD, code reviews, documentation-as-code)

• MS SQL skills (development and optimization), including designing and maintaining tables, views, and T-SQL stored procedures, joins, indexing basics, query optimization, parameterization, transactions, error handling, and data integrity controls (keys/constraints), with familiarity with triggers

• Experience with IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint IIQ, MIM) or HR systems integration

• Relevant certifications (Microsoft and SailPoint preferred; ServiceNow is a plus)
