Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly ambitious, hands-on Founding GTM Lead to build and scale Cyberly’s go-to-market engine from the ground up.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will own:
Growth experiments
Paid acquisition
Outbound systems
Positioning
Funnel optimization
Demand generation
GTM infrastructure
You’ll work directly with the founders to shape Cyberly’s growth strategy across regulated industries.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Demand Generation
Launch and scale paid acquisition campaigns
Run rapid GTM experiments across channels
Build demand generation systems for fintech, crypto, legal, and healthcare
Optimize CAC, conversion, and pipeline quality
Paid Acquisition
Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and niche cybersecurity channels
Test positioning, messaging, creatives, and ICP segmentation
Build scalable paid funnels
Outbound & Signal-Based GTM
Build trigger-based outbound systems
Identify companies receiving:
SOC 2
ISO 27001
MTL licenses
BitLicense
Banking partnerships
Create outbound workflows using Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and enrichment tools
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or GTM
Strong performance marketing background
Startup execution mindset
Ability to move fast and run experiments
Experience with outbound systems and automation
Experience with paid marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Strong analytical thinking
Huge Plus
Cybersecurity SaaS experience
Compliance SaaS experience
