Your Daily Missions

• Solution Design and Delivery: Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into robust, scalable SaaS architectures. Design and document end-to-end solutions, integrating with client systems while ensuring security (e.g., GDPR), performance, and scalability. Lead all project phases—discovery, design, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support. Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solutions and refine requirements.

• Strategic Approach: Align solutions with clients’ long-term business and technology roadmaps, addressing cross-functional dependencies across data, business, and technology architectures.

• Leadership and Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding complex decisions. Collaborate with engineering, product, and professional services teams to align solutions with platform capabilities. Mentor teams, ensuring architectural best practices.

• Problem Solving: Analyze complex client environments, troubleshoot issues, and design effective solutions, balancing client needs with project scope and timelines.

• Business Architecture: Analyze business processes and requirements to align solutions with organizational goals. Develop strategic plans to optimize operations through technology.

• Data Architecture: Design scalable, secure data storage solutions. Ensure compliance with data governance (e.g., GDPR) and manage data integration.

• Application Architecture: Create scalable, reliable application designs. Manage application portfolios to align with business needs and technology trends.

• Technology Architecture: Plan cloud-based IT infrastructure, stay updated on emerging technologies, and develop disaster recovery and security strategies.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• Proven Solution Architect experience, ideally in SaaS environments, delivering complex solutions.

• Expertise in cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.

• Hands-on knowledge of integration patterns, web-based security (e.g., OAuth2, OIDC, PKI), and application portfolio management.

• Strong skills in software architecture, data integration, and application design.

• Ability to balance business and technical requirements for scalable, secure solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and advise.

• Fluency in English (minimum B2) and ability to thrive in an international environment.

• Strong analytical skills and experience applying solution development controls.

Nice to haves:

• Experience in financial services, particularly KYC/AML or compliance projects.

• Knowledge of modern data governance and data lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with disaster recovery and resilience strategies.

• Experience mentoring teams or contributing to architecture governance.
