Product Owner (AI-Driven / Multi-Project)

We’re looking for a Product Owner who can help us handle a growing number of parallel initiatives and genuinely take ownership off key people in our projects.

Besides our core initiatives, we run many side streams such as:

• client projects,

• A&D / presales activities,

• quick proof-of-concept initiatives,

• support across teams wherever extra momentum is needed.

These topics are only growing — so we need someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and can quickly absorb context.

Your Daily Missions:

• breaking stories into deliverable pieces,

• jumping into projects and helping shape scope and clarity,

• defining requirements and acceptance criteria,

• supporting quick A&D and PoC initiatives,

• acting as a multiplier for overall team efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone who likes solving problems, not just managing them.

The Essentials We're Seeking

• You are someone who:

  • can join an existing project and quickly understand both business and technical context,

  • takes over part of the ownership from project leads,

  • feels comfortable operating across 3–4 parallel contexts,

  • doesn’t panic when things are initially messy — you help structure them,

  • works independently and is not affraid to make decisions

• We strongly value someone who:

  • actively uses AI tools (LLMs, workflows, automations) in daily work,

  • knows how to prompt effectively and use AI practically,

  • can describe requirements so that a strong developer can quickly turn them into a PoC (even via vibe-coding),

  • can quickly produce UI drafts using AI tools.

• An example:

  “Hey, we need someone to jump into ANY_PROJECT and refine a story because developers are blocked.”

  → You: “Got it. I’ll spin up AI tools, reverse-engineer the context, clarify acceptance criteria, and make sure we avoid hidden risks.”
