Middle Manual QA

We’re looking for a Mid Manual QA to help ensure the quality of a cloud-based Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform used by financial institutions. The platform supports the entire customer journey - from digital onboarding and identity verification, through KYC/AML screening and ongoing monitoring, to offboarding - with pre-configured compliance rules for multiple jurisdictions.

You’ll be validating a highly domain-driven, serverless solution built on React + .NET, deployed in AWS, and designed for integration scalability. The product includes components such as a regulatory rules engine, workflow orchestration, data and document management, a client portal, and optional modules for risk scoring and transaction monitoring.

This is an engagement running through the end of March 2026 (with the possibility of extension).

Your Daily Missions

• Execute manual end-to-end tests for onboarding/KYC flows, risk scoring logic, compliance rule validation, and integrations with external services in AWS environments.

• Design and review test scenarios and test cases aligned with ISTQB methodologies, with a focus on domain events, aggregates, and compliance-driven edge cases.

• Test UI/UX flows in React (dynamic forms, validation logic, decision trees) and API layers in .NET (REST/GraphQL) for correctness, data consistency, and error handling.

• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to explore prototypes, define acceptance criteria, participate in quick feedback loops, and perform regression and smoke testing.

• Document defects with clear traceability back to business rules, compliance requirements, and audit artifacts; contribute to test data preparation and quality documentation.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• 4+ years of experience testing web applications.

• ISTQB certification.

• Strong skills in test case design, requirements analysis, and applying test methodologies described in the ISTQB syllabus.

• Experience in preparing test plans, understanding test patterns, and contributing to team-wide quality strategies.

• Ability to work precisely with business logic, data, and compliance-related workflows.

• Proficiency in English (B2+ level) for effective communication in an international environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience configuring decision rule engines or business rule platforms.

• Familiarity with Rapid Delivery / fast-iteration delivery models.

• Knowledge of CLM/KYC/AML processes: due diligence steps, risk scoring models, workflow-driven systems.

• Understanding of React + .NET stack (e.g., reading UI logic, interpreting API contracts, error codes, data schemas).

• Experience testing workflow-driven or data-driven systems (decision tables, scoring matrices).
