Oracle APEX Developer

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX in a regulated financial environment

Translate business and compliance requirements into structured technical solutions

Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL and PL/SQL code ensuring performance and data consistency

Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Ensure adherence to internal development standards, governance, and documentation practices

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Support testing processes (unit, integration, UAT) and validate solution quality

Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring system stability and reliability

Support deployment activities in line with corporate release management processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Oracle APEX development in enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL, Jira or Confluence

• Experience working within structured, process-driven organizations (preferably financial services)

• Nice to have - understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management practices

• Experience in working with business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Very good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
