Data Engineer - AI/ML Data Engineer

Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions addressing complex finance and risk data use cases.

Serve as the technical lead, coaching team members and championing the adoption of innovative AI/ML practices.

Assess, adapt, and incorporate reusable AI/ML assets from other areas of the organization.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical solutions effectively support business goals.

at least 8 years of similar experience

Demonstrated experience in AI/ML development, supported by a strong portfolio of real-world implementations.

Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing and model building.

Practical experience working with cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure.

Comprehensive understanding of data engineering concepts, with hands-on exposure to platforms such as Databricks.

Fluent English

Willingness to work hybrid (40% onsite in Warsaw, Poznań or Wrocław)
