Tasks:

- Design and development of automated business processes based on the Camunda BPM Platform

- Monitoring of existing Camunda processes

 - Independent collaboration in a cross-functional development team

 - Development of cloud-based and service-oriented solutions for international use in the industrial insurance business

- Use of various frameworks (Spring Boot, Vaadin) and technologies for the development and integration of the necessary software components using current architecture concepts

 - Establishment of a maximum degree of automation for the multi-regional operation of services in the Azure Cloud using Infrastructure-as-Code

 - Continuous and sustainable optimization of our services, tools and processes

- Close cooperation with other developers and business analysts inside, business analysts and subject matter experts in a Scrum team

Required technical skills:

- Several years (5+) of practical experience in development with Camunda and Java

- Knowledge in the development and operation of applications on cloud technologies, preferably Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure

- High quality awareness with a feel for clean software architecture, clean code, usability, automated testing and functioning CI/CD (Azure DevOps)

Required soft skills:

- Enthusiasm, curiosity and passion for new technologies combined with a high level of interest in personal development

- Openness and courage as well as the willingness to give and receive regular feedback

- Strong agile mindset, as well as experience with Scrum and other agile working methods
