Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

We’re launching a new product engineering hub in Kraków for an established US-based digital company, delivering cutting-edge solutions for the film and creative industries.

This isn’t another agency project or support role — this is a foundational position in a growing team that will own the product roadmap and drive innovation from day one.

You’ll be part of a highly talented, diverse engineering team building modern SaaS platforms used by thousands of professionals across the globe.

What You'll Do

• Build modern, scalable, and user-centric web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Next.js

• Work with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver pixel-perfect UI/UX

• Implement component libraries, maintainable codebases, and frontend architecture from the ground up

• Contribute to API integration, performance optimization, testing, and accessibility

• Be actively involved in design reviews, code reviews, and product feedback sessions

• Shape the technical stack, tooling, and best practices with real decision-making influence

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years (L3) of frontend engineering experience

• Deep knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling

• Experience with Next.js, SSR/CSR, REST APIs, component design systems

• Passion for writing clean, accessible, and well-tested code

• Strong collaboration mindset and willingness to participate in a product-driven team

• Bonus points for experience with:

• Storybook, Framer Motion, Tailwind, Styled Components

• CI/CD pipelines, performance monitoring tools, Lighthouse

• Headless CMS, AWS (basic understanding or willingness to learn)
