Backend Developer (.NET)

We’re building a brand-new technology hub in Kraków for an established US-based product company working in the film & creative industries.

Your Role

• Design and build scalable backend systems using C# / .NET 6+, Blazor, MVC, and modern architecture
• Develop robust REST APIs, backend services, and microservices
• Work closely with frontend teams (React) and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality SaaS features
• Use cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code, with focus on performance and scalability
• Take part in architectural decisions and build technical foundations for long-term growth
• Participate in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years (L2) or 5+ years (L3) of backend development experience with SaaS or web-based applications
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET, MVC, Blazor, Entity Framework
• Database experience with SQL Server, understanding of distributed systems
• Practical knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native development
• Passion for clean architecture, testing, automation, and well-structured code
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and proactivity
• Bonus points for experience with:
• AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, API Gateway
• Terraform / IaC, Docker, Kubernetes
• GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity)
• Monitoring & observability tools
• React or frontend collaboration experience
