Project Description

You will join a long-term initiative focused on modernizing a web- and mobile-based GRC platform used for risk management, HSE, sustainability, and critical compliance workflows.The goal is to ensure scalable data management and a high-quality user experience during a period of rapid customer onboarding to the platform.

The team is small and highly collaborative, working with modern cloud infrastructure and continuously updated technologies.

Role

As a Senior Developer, you will:

• Design and implement a new client-side document management solution, including synchronization, handling, and storage of complex documents and articles.

• Build an event-driven document system with strict requirements around control, compliance, error handling, and multi-user collaboration.

• Implement conflict resolution mechanisms using three-way diff and merge for changes coming from multiple users.

• Refactor and clean up technical debt, including rewriting legacy code into TypeScript and modernizing dependencies.

• Work closely with the team in pair- and mob-programming sessions, acting as a proactive contributor and technical driver.

• Collaborate across frontend (React, React Native), backend (.NET), and cloud infrastructure (Azure, Cloudflare).

Backend

• .NET (continuously updated; targeting .NET 9 in Q1 2025)

• Single-binary application pattern

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack / Software Engineer.

• Strong hands-on experience with: React, React Native, .NET / C#.

• Experience with Azure, SQL/NoSQL databases, caching solutions (Redis).

• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your domain.
