About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) activities, with a focus on coordinating due diligence and post-merger integration efforts.

This role works cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Legal, HR, and IT to ensure smooth and effective execution of acquisition projects.

You will operate in a dynamic, high-stakes environment, supporting the coordination of complex initiatives and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and track integration activities across M&A initiatives.

• Coordinate due diligence processes and ensure alignment across involved teams.

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

• Identify and manage risks related to acquisition and integration activities.

• Facilitate communication between cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, HR, and IT.

• Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support the successful delivery of acquisition-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong project management background.

• Experience in M&A, corporate development, or large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
