AI Engineer - Agentic Systems

Role overview

We’re hiring an AI Engineer to build, run, and evolve agentic systems for clients. You’ll work across LLMs, orchestration layers, and data pipelines to ship secure, observable, and resilient automations. This is a delivery role—your work goes to production, not an endless loop of proofs-of-concept. Responsibilities

• Design multi-step agent flows in Python.

• Build with LangGraph/LangChain, n8n, AWS Bedrock.

• Integrate frontier models (Gemini, GPT, Claude).

• Connect to SaaS/enterprise systems via APIs, webhooks, queues.

• Implement tools, memory, retrieval/RAG, and planning.

• Create a reusable agent template/mini-SDK.

• Package, containerize, deploy; add logging, tracing, evals, guardrails.

• Collaborate with clients; run experiments; iterate fast.

• Apply security, privacy, and safety practices.

  
  

Qualifications

• 1–2+ yrs building LLM agents/automations.

• Strong Python (async, tests, packaging).

• LangGraph/LangChain plus one of n8n, Bedrock, Airflow, Prefect, Temporal.

• Working knowledge of Gemini, OpenAI, Claude; RAG and vector stores.

• Git, CI, containers; AWS preferred.

• Familiarity with ADK or similar.

Nice to have

• Prod agent evals, safety, cost/rate controls; ETL/governance; FastAPI/Flask/Node/Go; Postgres/Mongo/Supabase; Slack/GSuite/Salesforce/ServiceNow; OpenTelemetry/Langfuse/W&B.
