Practice in Lodz – summer internships is a project organized as part of the “Youth in Lodz” program, whose aim is to enable students and graduates of Lodz universities to gain professional experience. The project can be attended by people up to 30 y.o. who are students or graduates (up to one year after graduation) of Lodz public or non-public universities. We look for students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies.

In your role as Database developer, you will be member of international agile team responsible for application dedicated to monitor and restructure credits in automated electronic way. You will be involved in a whole development process of application, with focus on analysis of new features but also adapting of existing ones and solving issues.
We offer a personalized training and coaching program to get familiar with the application and their business purpose. Working with us, you will have an opportunity to acquire experience in financial and IT sector at the same time!
What you will be doing? 👇
- Support of development and implementation of new features, processes, scripts, and adaptation of existing ones
- Support of quality assurance including taking care of code quality and testing
- Support of releasing and packaging processes
Alternative tasks:
- Supporting of testers and test data engineers in their activities
- Supporting of maintenance team in rollouts and bug fixes
Which technology & skills are important for us? 👇
- Basic knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSql
- Basic knowledge of Git/Bitbucket, Maven, PL/SQL, WAS Batch API
