Design new screens and features within existing brands, ensuring visual consistency while introducing fresh ideas.
Collaborate with and support our design lead in driving the overall design direction.
Create interactive prototypes to communicate your design and motion ideas effectively.
Supporting our marketing initiatives (assets for case studies, articles or events)
Provide clear design guidelines to developers for smooth handoff and seamless implementation.
Work closely with developers to assist with design-related decisions and ensure successful execution.
If we were to choose between UX and UI capabilities, we’d prefer someone stronger in UI, as our design lead will primarily handle UX decisions and client discussions around business challenges. However, you will still need to have a solid understanding of UX fundamentals.

How our hiring process looks like?

Discovery call → this is short (45 minutes) mutual check-in - we want to understand your expectations and share ours.
Homework → design exercise for selected candidates who are seriously considered for the position.
Presentation (60 min) → call with our lead designer to discuss the homework and have a chance to talk about your experience
Offer → if it’s a match, we’ll schedule a short call (20-30 minutes) to go over the details and next steps. If we don’t move forward we’ll do our best to give you thoughtful feedback.
