Hey!

We’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer to help us build beautiful e-commerce stores for some of the world’s best DTC brands.

If you want to level up your front-end skills, work in a modern tech stack, and be part of a senior team - this role is for you.

We also take growth seriously. We have four clearly defined engineering levels (SE I, SE II, Senior SE I, Senior SE II), each with explicit expectations. You’ll always know where you stand and what’s required to reach the next level.

What we do

Since 2019, we’ve worked with brands like Lady Gaga, Carhartt WIP, Magda Butrym and Rolex, and collaborated with designers from Pentagram, ex-Tesla, and ex-Apple.

We're focused entirely on eCommerce, and our goal is simple: to be one of the best eCommerce tech teams in the world.

About the Role

Skills we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in Javascript, HTML and CSS

• Experience in building high-quality, responsive layouts

• Eye for the design detail and caring about user experience

• Awareness of web performance best practices (Core Web Vitals), developing for accessibility and SEO

• Interpreting and working with third-party APIs

• Communicative in both verbal and written English

• Fluency in Polish language

What makes a strong fit

• You think in trade-offs - when you choose an approach, you can explain why and what you're giving up

• You own your work end-to-end: from unclear brief to deployed feature, including the parts nobody explicitly asked you to handle

• When something isn't going to plan, you raise it early - and you bring a proposal, not just the problem

• You can explain a technical decision clearly to a developer and a PM in the same conversation

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce (any platform)

How our hiring process looks like?

1. Application → send us your CV and any link/portfolio that show your craft. We review every application and always get back to you - regardless of the outcome.

2. Discovery call → this is short (30 minutes) mutual check-in - we want to understand your expectations and share ours. We will talk in Polish, and English.

3. Task → a short focused task based on the kind of work we actually do. 1-1,5 hours with clear instructions. We respect your time.

4. Tech call → a deep dive into how you think and solve problems. You’ll chat with Kuba or Tom (our Engineering Managers) - no trick questions, just real talk about tech and delivery.

5. Offer → if it’s a match, we’ll schedule a short call (20-30 minutes) to go over the details and next steps. If we don’t move forward we’ll do our best to give you thoughtful feedback.
