Job Description

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering data-driven in-sights and solutions to support business decision-making. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports, and create dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs). The BI Analyst focuses on data analysis, reporting, and data model development, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of business data. This position re-quires collaboration with various teams to ensure that BI tools are aligned with the organization's goals and strategies.

Your qualifications 

• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create visual representation of data
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, data analysis, and modelling.
• Strong experience with data modelling techniques (e.g., OLAP cubes, star schema).
• Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google) and big data tech-nologies (e.g. Google Big Query).
• Able to consolidate and streamline the tech stack in alignment with technical and business needs. 
• Comfortable with tools like Tableau, Kibana, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Sentry. Plus Az-ure AppInsights, Open Telemetry
• Good experience as a SW developer or DevOps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make predictions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in-sights clearly.
• You are naturally curious and eager to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
• You maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
• You express your opinion freely, but are willing to conform to the broader consensus
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), German is a plus
