Senior Business Analyst

👉 You will be responsible for:

Business Analysis & Process Improvement:

• Drive and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business processes and requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and actionable insights.
• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, recommending improvements and supporting their implementation.

Documentation & Requirement Management:

• Create comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, project charters, and business cases.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure that requirements are tracked, reported, and resolved efficiently.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring effective communication.
• Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and email communications to various audiences.
• Work closely with UX designers to prepare mockups and prototypes of proposed solutions.

Project Support & Implementation:

• Support the Project Manager in delivering project objectives on time and within budget.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure quality outcomes.
• Facilitate user participation during solution implementation and deployments.

👉 What you will need:

Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in an international setting.
• Experience working on projects for large global companies.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Agile environment experience and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into simplified solutions.
• Solid understanding of BI Tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Knowledge of topics related to data analsyis and modelling.
• Proficiency in MS Office, UML diagram drawing, and basic Jira functionalities.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (C1 level) and Polish (written and spoken).

👉 Nice to Have:

• Certification of Business Analysis Aread from IIBA or IREB
• Certification PSPO from Scrum.org
• Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate
