Senior Software Engineer/Lead

Location: Poland (occasional visits in Warsaw)

Salary: up to 170 pln/h on B2B

We collaborate with global financial leaders on strategic platforms, handling millions of transactions daily. Each team operates semi-independently with clear ownership, modern tech stack, and strong engineering culture.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer & Lead to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

·        Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 developers in full-stack development projects.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.

·        Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle - from concept to deployment.

·        Drive technical excellence and ensure code quality across the team.

·        Act as a key technical partner for client architects and product owners.

·        Oversee day-to-day operations.

·        Set and monitor team performance.

Technical Skills Required

·        Expertise in Java and Spring, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns

·        Experience with ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework, nHibernate, Hibernate).

·        Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch).

·        CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).

·        Cloud and DevOps experience: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.

·        Experience in financial systems or regulated industries (nice to have)

·        Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (nice to have).

·        Fluent in Polish and English.
