Main responsibilities:

• Define and establish processes for development, testing, release, updates, and support in DevOps operations.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deployment of chatbot applications and updates.
• Set up monitoring and logging systems to track performance and health of the infrastructure, ensuring quick detection and resolution of issues.
• Implement security best practices, including managing access controls, conducting security audits, and securing deployments.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and other team members to ensure smooth integration of chatbot solutions within the infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable solutions to handle increasing numbers of users and interactions without performance degradation.

Key requirements:

• Good level of experience in SQL & Windows Server administration or Linux Server administration or similar roles.
• Experienced with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.
• Good level of experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization.
• Good level of automation skills, via scripting (mostly PowerShell, Ansible).
• Good level of experience with Windows Server and Active Directory and related technologies.
• Experienced with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experienced with backups, restores, and recovery model.
• Experience with Active Directory and Kerberos capabilities and concepts (for Windows) or LDAP and PAM (for Linux).
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
