About the role:
We are currently looking for a Technical Program Manager who will be leading end-to-end project management of technical customer engagements from pitch to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Drive alignment on deliverables timelines across external & internal stakeholders.
- Hold project teams accountable to meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
- Orchestrate delivery of project plans, working closely with Google execution teams in region, Sales, and the customer.
- Actively track progress of solution delivery across all customer engagements, providing clear status updates of solution status.
- Clear documentation of key takeaways, action items, next steps, and challenges from project meetings.
- Coordinate all internal / external communications from pitch through execution, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are updated on meeting takeaways, action items, next steps, and roadblocks.
- Organize all internal / external meetings required from end-to-end engagement execution (internal alignments, customer pitches, discovery kick-off, regular check-ins, etc.).
- Timely escalation of project roadblocks & issues to relevant internal working teams, providing clear asks needed to resolve issues.
- Create and manage project collateral (decks, trackers) on pitches, agreed-upon solution roadmaps, project status trackers (internal / external), check-in reviews, etc.
- Act as a primary point of accountability for end-to-end engagement execution by conducting regular debriefs on progress with agencies, Sales, and internal project teams (monthly, quarterly), staying informed and proactive on troubleshooting challenges and trends.
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks - navigating Google and the customer side to build relationships necessary to deliver against strategic plans and projects.
- Strong technical project management enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plan.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to adapt a narrative to both technical and business audiences, including C-levels audiences.
- Strong skills in negotiation, influence and evangelization.
- Industry knowledge of both general cloud infrastructure and digital marketing measurement methodologies, best practices, tools & platforms, etc. (e.g., media mix models, incrementality experiments, attribution modeling).
