It is a unique chance to join one of our Swiss clients who is currently creating from scratch one of its key systems. It is a very interesting long term project that gives an opportunity to grow as a developer and be part of an ambitious team. The CTO is a very experienced senior leader who is looking for a sparring partner.

We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable Principal Engineer who is comfortable with working alongside the CTO and able to set the vision, strategy, and architectural direction for complex projects, bridging deep expertise with significant leadership and mentoring, but also ready to make this vision a reality by coding together with the team.

What we are looking for

☑️ Working experience of 10+ years in top brands

☑️ Experience of leading others

☑️ Expert in NodeJS, React, and TypeScript

☑️ Experience in PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (Azure and Hetzner is used)

☑️ Good to have experience with queues (e.g. ActiveMQ), authentication (e.g. Keycloak), containerization (e.g. Docker, Portainer) and automation tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

☑️ Fluent in English

☑️ Agile work

☑️ Important soft skills include: Management, Teamwork and collaboration, Responsibility and Ownership, Adaptability, Critical Thinking and Problem-solving
