Job description

Join an international, purpose-driven organization dedicated to societal and environmental change. We are launching a flagship project to transform our digital landscape by migrating our current CRM infrastructure to a scalable, Salesforce-based Automation platform.

As a Technical Product Owner, you will be a key driver in a 5-team delivery structure. You will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, ensuring the successful rollout of Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, and Data functions for a platform with millions of users.

Engagement detials

  • Rate: Up to 175 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B).

  • Start Date: February 16, 2026.

  • Duration: Initial contract until December 31, 2026 (Long-term potential).

  • Location: 100% Remote

  • Structure: Part of a large-scale setup (5 dedicated Salesforce teams).

Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Drive the delivery of Salesforce CRM capabilities, translating business needs into high-quality technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Salesforce Stewardship: Provide expert guidance across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud, ensuring the platform supports data-driven sales and marketing processes.

  • Data Excellence: Own the quality, validation, and enrichment of data. You will oversee GDPR compliance and consent management within a complex data flow environment (CDP/MAP integration).

  • Technical Integration: Partner with Tech Leads to design and configure integrations across various systems, including Player Data Management and Next Best Action (NBA) engines.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical squads, managing the roadmap, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Solid track record as a Technical Product Owner specifically within Salesforce CRM environments.

  • Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Services and data-driven sales/service processes.

  • Technical Depth: Experience with multi-system integrations and complex technical epics (e.g., lead scoring, case resolution, identity/consent management).

  • Agile Leadership: Proficiency in guiding multidisciplinary teams (Dev, QA, BA) in a fast-paced, Agile transformation program.

  • Communication: Exceptional English skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
